About

Everyone has a unique leadership journey. Here's something of mine ...

My Journey

I spent much of my teens and twenties knowing that I had a message to bring but terrified and ill equipped to get that message out I've since spoken in front of crowds of thousands and groups of a few, and written blogs, books and appeared on numbers of podcasts. With some of the tools I've learned I've gone on to help other leaders, speakers, authors and coaches get their message out.

My passion is to help other leaders find their voice and get their message out with less stress, more clarity and greater impact. If you need help, I'd love to connect to see how it would look to work together.

My Story

Born and raised in south London, I trained as a Mechanical Engineer at Exeter University. A few jobs later and a switch to working in IT had me working in my sweet spot - fast paced strategic systems design to solve problems!

But a strong calling to leave that field and work for my local church had one major barrier. My chronic fear of public speaking and communication in general! Over the years I've learned to overcome many of the barriers and gone on speak, write and coach numbers of other leaders who want to do the same.

Today I spend my time leading a church and a wider movement of churches but also help to coach leaders who want to get their message out.

My World

Married to Caroline, we live in Bedford, UK (about an hour north of London) and  have 3 kids who make us proud with all their amazing endeavours!

Together we love food, walks, board games, our dog (or fourth child as the kids like to say!) and great community that helps us navigate the ups and downs of life.
