Meet Matt: Taking Reboot Your Leadership to the Next Level
Matt Summerfield is the founder of Reboot Your Leadership, a 7-session leadership experience helping leaders move from weary, wobbly, or wounded to renewed confidence, refocused priorities, and refined skills. After running Reboot for several years, Matt connected with Simon in late 2024 and recognised there was an opportunity to develop it further in a way that was more freeing, more profitable, and more impactful for the leaders he serves.
Problem:

Solution:

Meet Lou: Creating Impact & Income From Home
Lou's a singer/songwriter and worship leader with 30 years of experience who has been traveling around the United Kingdom training singers, church worship leaders and their teams.
She wanted to continue impacting lives and building up other people, but also wanted to be home more and increase her income. She was looking for a way to scale her expertise without constantly traveling.
We worked together to identify her target audience, structure her content, and build her first online coaching course from scratch - including the technical setup she needed.
Problem:
Wanted to continue training worship leaders while being home more and increasing income. Needed to scale beyond 1-1 and in-person training.

Created her first online coaching course for worship leaders with clear structure, community elements, and proper technical foundation.
Did it work?
Lou launched to 11 paying clients at £500-550 ($690-750) each, generating over £5,500 ($7,500) from her first launch.
